RETURNS POLICY:

 

We love our products and we hope you do too.  They are often handmade products that are carefully sourced from around the world.  As the products listed on Deo Deco London are often handmade, we feel that it gives a certain charm to their imperfections.  Our Goods are inspected for quality and we take care in handling them when shipping them to you.

 

However, as we like our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy, where products can be exchanged or refunded.

If you should change your mind about your Deo Deco London purchase, then you have 14 days to return your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You MUST first notify us via email at hello@deodeco.co.uk before returning any items. In your email please state the following information:

Your name

Your postal address
Order/receipt number
Reason for returning the item/s
Whether you would like an exchange or refund

Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund orders of pierced earrings or earring jewellery sets for hygiene reasons. These can only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty.

We ask customers to send their goods via a form of traceable delivery so that we can track the goods in transit.  The customer will pay for return postage and packing.  We will inform you of the preferred methods of delivery in our email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved we will refund or exchange your product within 14 days of receipt.
